Meet Your 2025 Starr County Fair Queen!

Andrea Carolina Muñoz was crowned the 2025 Starr County Fair Queen at the annual Starr County Fair Pageant. She was also honored with the titles of Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic.

A junior at Rio Grande City High School, Andrea is the

daughter of Rene and Barbara Muñoz. We’re proud to have her represent the Starr County Fair with grace, poise, and pride.

First runner-up is Ava Christine Brown, daughter of Albert Brown, Jr. and Tracy Torres. Second runner-up is Alma Ruby Pena, daughter of Estrella and Rene Pena. Third runner-up is Alyssa Lynn Brown, daughter of Albert Brown, Jr. and Tracy and William Torres. Fourth runner-up and winner of the People’s Choice Award is Lainy Jorja Fuentes, daughter of Lenard and Jessica Fuentes. Teen Princess is Mackenzie Rose Lopez, daughter of Leonel and Nicole Lopez; Preteen Princess is Emerly Grace Lockwood, daughter of Earl and Emily Lockwood; Petite Princess is Emma Sofia Garza, daughter of Eloy Garza and Mara Garcia-Garza; and Precious Princess is Gianna Lynn Gonzalez, daughter of Staci and Julio Gonzalez. The pageant was sponsored by Starr County 4-H, and 4-H Club Sweethearts and Beaus were also introduced. Jenelle Jay Gonzalez, 2024 Starr County Fair Queen, was on hand for her final walk and to pass on her title.
