25 Fair Queen

The 2025 Starr County Fair Queen and her court were crowned at the annual Youth Fair Pageant held Saturday evening at the RGCGISD Fort Ringgold Auditorium. Andrea Carolina Munoz is the 2025 Starr County Fair Queen and was also named Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic. A junior at Rio Grande City High School, Andrea is the daughter of Rene and Barbara Muñoz.

First runner-up is Ava Christine Brown, daughter of Albert Brown, Jr. and Tracy Torres. Second runner-up is Alma Ruby Pena, daughter of Estrella and Rene Pena. Third runner-up is Alyssa Lynn Brown, daughter of Albert Brown, Jr. and Tracy and William Torres. Fourth runner-up and winner of the People’s Choice Award is Lainy Jorja Fuentes, daughter of Lenard and Jessica Fuentes. Teen Princess is Mackenzie Rose Lopez, daughter of Leonel and Nicole Lopez; Preteen Princess is Emerly Grace Lockwood, daughter of Earl and Emily Lockwood; Petite Princess is Emma Sofia Garza, daughter of Eloy Garza and Mara Garcia-Garza; and Precious Princess is Gianna Lynn Gonzalez, daughter of Staci and Julio Gonzalez. The pageant was sponsored by Starr County 4-H, and 4-H Club Sweethearts and Beaus were also introduced. Jenelle Jay Gonzalez, 2024 Starr County Fair Queen, was on hand for her final walk and to pass on her title.
